How do I reserve the date & time for my event?

Planning makes perfect. We highly suggest you reserve your event date as early as possible.

After review of your initial client event form we will check availability and contact you.

Please note that your date is not confirmed until your deposit is received.

For balloon installations booked less than two weeks out, Payment in Full will be required upon booking.

For balloon installations more than two weeks out a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the Event Total will be due 48 hours before the start of your event.

Who installs the balloons?

All balloons are delivered & professionally installed by Color Social.

EXCEPTION: Grab & Go Garlands are custom created by Color Social and installed by the client.

If I already have balloons, will Color Social install them?

No. We only professional 100% bio-degradable latex balloons and mylar foil balloons to ensure the finished design is beautiful while matching our high quality standards.

Will my balloons look like the inspiration photos?

Each balloon design is unique and we strive for each installation to be of the highest quality. The placement of balloons, brands, colors, etc… will always be slightly different from photos. We use our creative judgement to make each design as beautiful as possible.

How long will my balloons last?

We only use professional quality balloons & materials to ensure longevity and consistent colors of our designs.

Indoor Air-Filled latex & foil balloons will typically look fresh for about a week. Don’t be surprised if they last much longer!

Indoor Helium-Filled latex will typically float 1-3 days and foil balloons typically float for days, if not weeks, in the right environment.

Outdoor Air OR Helium-Filled balloons can react unpredictably outdoors depending on exposure to the elements such as heat, cold, rain, wind, etc… We are unable to offer any guarantee of longevity for outdoor installations.

Color Social is not responsible for popped or damaged balloons after delivery in any situation.

What happens to my balloons after my event is over?

Any decor that requires our inventory items such as stands, arches, frames, etc… Color Social will return at a previously scheduled time to remove those items, pop your balloons & properly dispose of them.

For decor items that do not require inventory items, the client is responsible for removal & disposal of their balloons.

If you would like us to do your removal, we can certainly do this for a strike fee. This fee will depend on location and must be added at the time of booking your event.

What can I do to prepare for my balloon installation?

Our goal will always be to make your balloons as beautiful as possible. The more time we are given on-site for your installation the easier that will be. Please be on time the date of your event.

If you, or your venue, is providing the backdrop or props that will be used for your balloon installation, please make sure it is set-up and ready ahead of our scheduled arrival.

Please be aware of any venue balloon policies or restrictions ahead of your installation. We can creatively overcome most of these with early planning.

What is your Change Order/Cancellation Policy?

Life happens…we totally get it! Color Social will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations based on availability. These changes must be made at least 48 hours before the start of your event.

Due to the nature of our products being single-use balloons and supplies, along with the preparation time needed before an event, all orders are non-refundable.

EXCEPTION #1: In the event you booked further than two weeks out AND your order was paid in full AND at least 48 hours notice was given, you will be refunded 50% or your total.

EXCEPTION #2: If Color Social is unable to complete your order, due to fault of our own, you will be notified as soon as possible and given a full refund.

Color Social Balloons cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or any situation that may cause your event to be canceled or postponed.

No refunds will be given for popped balloons or decor damage that may happen after delivery & installation of your balloons.

Safety Warnings & Smart Balloon Practices

Latex balloons are made from the sap of rubber trees and are 100% bio-degradable. Foil balloons are not bio-degradable. Care should be taken and they should be disposed of properly. Foil balloons may also be re-used if you choose.

We strongly encourage all of our clients to NEVER release any balloon into the air or environment. It is a hazard to our wildlife, waterways & habitat. Color Social Balloons does not condone balloon releases and will never provide balloons knowingly for this purpose.

Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once and never put balloons in your mouth. Be aware of any adults or children that may have a latex allergy. Anyone with an allergy should refrain from having contact with latex balloons or structures. Never inhale helium from balloons. Helium inhalation may lead to dizziness, loss of consciousness, or other serious injuries. Some decor items may contain small pieces and are a choking hazard. Always supervise children and enjoy responsibly.
